This article intends to troubleshoot the problem of failing to load the alarm settings page on the Reolink App/Client.

Description: When a new camera (with the latest firmware) is connected to an NVR, the Alarm Settings page of the NVR can't be loaded successfully on the Reolink App/Client.
Cause: The NVR firmware is not the latest one.
Solution: Upgrade the firmware of your NVR.

Description: When a new camera (with the latest firmware) is logged in on the Reolink App/Client, the Alarm Settings page of the camera can't be loaded successfully.
Cause: The version of the Reolink App/Client is too old.
Solution: Download and install the latest App/Client to your mobile phone/PC.
Go to the download center to download the latest Reolink software.
You can scan to download the Reolink App from the App Store or Google Play Store.
