The answer is NO.
Applies to: All Reolink cameras and NVRs.
Resetting the Reolink cameras/NVRs could only be done by pressing the reset button on the device. Thus, when you are away from the device, you can not reset it.
However, you could restore the camera/NVR provided that you can access the device remotely.
