After setting up the push interval, you will receive only one push notification from the NVR during each customized interval even if the alarm is triggered multiple times.
Applies to: RLN8-410 (hardware version H3MB18/N2MB02/N3MB01/N7MB01), RLN16-410 (hardware version H3MB18/N6MB01), RLN36 and RLN12W.
Step 1. Log in to your camera on the NVR monitor and enter the live-view page. Click the Settings gear icon on the screen.
Step 2. Go to Surveillance > Push. Click the blue Settings of Push Notifications.
Note: You also need to enable the Push button on this page or you won't receive any notifications on your mobile phone.
Step 3. Click the drag-down arrow of Push Interval. You can select a wanted push interval.
For example, we choose 1 minute as the NVR push interval. Then you will receive only one push notification for one alarm type during the 1 minute even if such alarm type triggers the camera multiple times.
Note: You can set up a push schedule for your NVR so it will send push notifications to your mobile phone accordingly.
