Notes:
- If your NVR is the above hardware version, but the doorbell cannot be added or works abnormally, please make sure that the NVR is upgraded to the latest official firmware: Download Center and then Reolink Firmware Update Guide
- Due to the hardware limitations, all other Reolink NVR models don't support the smart Person/Visitor detection feature even after the firmware upgrade.
