You can refer to the guide below if you need to reset your TrackMix camera to the factory default settings.
Applies to: Reolink TrackMix WiFi, Reolink TrackMix PoE, Reolink TrackMix, Reolink TrackMix LTE, TrackMix LTE Plus, TrackMix Wired LTE, RLC-830A.
Note: Resetting your camera to the factory default settings will wipe out all the configuration of your device. You need to reinitialize the camera after resetting.
Reset TrackMix WiFi/PoE and RLC-830A
Step 1. Power off the camera. Unscrew the cover on the reset button with a screwdriver.
Step 2. Press down the reset button in the reset hole with the reset needle or a paperclip and hold on. Power on the camera while pressing the reset button. Keep pressing it until you hear a short ringtone from the camera. Then release the reset button.
Step 3. Screw back the cover in place.

Reset TrackMix/TrackMix LTE/TrackMix LTE Plus/TrackMix Wired LTE
Step 1. Use a screwdriver to remove the cover at the side of the camera mount.
Step 2. Make sure the camera is powered on (Check if the power button is switched on).
Step 3. Press the reset button with the reset needle or a paperclip and hold on until you hear a short ringtone from the camera. Then release the reset button.
Step 4. Screw back the cover firmly.
