If the default voice messages for the quick reply are not what you want, or if you want the doorbell's quick reply message to be more special, for example, in French, you could customize one by yourself on the Reolink App.

Applies to: Reolink Video Doorbell PoE, and Reolink Video Doorbell WiFi.

Reolink Video Doorbell cameras have built-in mics and a speaker. It supports an auto-reply with a voice message when someone presses the doorbell. If you haven't tried this function, please refer to how to set up quick reply via Reolink App.

If you need a more distinctive voice message, you could follow this article to customize it on the Reolink App.

Step 1. Launch the Reolink App and log in to your doorbell camera. Tap the Device Settings gear icon of the camera, and tap Audio.

Step 2. Tap Voice Message. Then tap the blue Add button on the top right corner.

Step 3. Tap Start. Now you may record your own voice message. The voice message couldn't be longer than 10 seconds as shown on the pictures below. Tap Finish if you finish recording.

Step 4. Tap Sound Test to check out if you are satisfied with the recorded voice message. If not, tap Re-record to start a new one. Then enter the name of your voice message and tap Save.

For example, the picture below shows a voice message named My Voice Message 1.


Step 5. Now the recorded voice message has been added to the list. You can set it as your quick reply.
