This article shows you how to remove the SIM card from your camera. If you are looking for ways to get the SIM card out of your camera, please read and follow the steps below.

Applies to: Reolink Go, Go Plus, Go PT, Go PT Plus, KEEN Ranger PT, and Duo 4G, Duo 2 LTE, and TrackMix LTE.

For Reolink 4G cameras, you need a SIM card inserted in the camera to get a good network connection. However, sometimes you may want to remove it for replacement or other reasons. Here are detailed guides for you to learn how to get it out from your camera properly.

For Go/Go Plus:

Step 1. Twist the camera body to separate it from the bottom base. Then take out the battery.

Step 2. Hold down the SIM card with your fingertip and slide it out.

Step 3. Put the battery back and twist the camera body and the base together.

For Go PT/Go PT Plus/KEEN Ranger PT:

Make sure you have powered off the camera before removing the SIM card.

Step 1. Rotate the camera lens, and remove the rubber cover.

Step 2. Use a paperclip or your fingernail to push the SIM card until it pops out. Then take out the SIM card.

Step 3. Press back the rubber cover firmly.

For Duo 4G/Duo 2 LTE:

Step 1. Remove the cover with the screwdriver and then open the rubber cover. Then power off the camera.

Step 2. Insert and press a paper clip or a SIM-eject tool into the hole beside the SIM tray to pop it open. Pull out the tray and take the SIM card away. Then put the tray back.

Step 3. Press back the rubber cover firmly and screw the semi-dome cover.

For TrackMix LTE:

Step 1. Remove the cover with the screwdriver. Then power off the camera.

Step 2. Insert and press a paper clip or a SIM-eject tool into the hole beside the SIM tray to pop it open. Pull out the tray and take the SIM card away. Then put the tray back.
