In this article, we will guide you on how to sync the brightness of the two lenses. Locate the software you use below and click the link.

Applies to: Reolink Duo, Duo 4G, Duo WiFi, and Duo PoE

  • Via Reolink App

    Applies to: Reolink Duo, Duo 4G, Duo WiFi, and Duo PoE.

    Step 1. Launch Reolink App. Tap the Device Settings gear icon.

    Step 2. Go to Display > Advanced.

    Step 3. Enable Sync Brightness. Please note that each time you toggle this switch, the camera will reboot automatically.

    Step 4. Done! You've synchronized the brightness for the two lenses of the camera successfully.

  • Via Reolink Client

    Applies to: Reolink Duo, Duo 4G, Duo WiFi, and Duo PoE

    Step 1. Launch Reolink Client. Click the Device Settings gear icon at the right end of the device tab.

    Step 2. Go to Device > Display > Advanced. Then enable Sync Brightness.

    Done! Now, when you adjust the brightness of any one lens, the other will follow and adjust it automatically. Disable it if you don't want to sync the brightness of two lenses anymore.

  • Via Reolink Web browser

    Applies to: Reolink Duo WiFi, and Duo PoE.

    Step 1. Input the IP Address of your camera on a web browser and log in to your camera.

    Note: Make sure your PC is connected to the same router as your camera.

    Step 2. Click the Device Settings gear icon on the top right corner. Go to Camera > Display >Advanced.

    Enable Sync Brightness. Please note that each time you toggle this switch, the camera will reboot automatically.

    Step 3. Done! You've synchronized the brightness for the two lenses of the camera successfully.
