Choose a Proper SD Card
Please use the following chart to get the right Micro SD card for Reolink cameras.

- Reolink cameras accept SDHC or SDXC micro SD cards.
- For the maximum SD card storage, please refer to The Maximum SD Card Storage/Capacity Reolink Camera Supports
- It is recommended to format the SD card on the Reolink App or Reolink Client after you can access the camera. Or you can also format the SD card on your PC with a 3rd party tool like HP USB Disk Format Tool to do so.

Uninstall SD Card
Please refer to the following steps to remove or uninstall the SD card from your camera.
Step 1: Please find the SD card slot and open the SD card slot cover like the picture below:
The cameras whose SD card slot needs to be unscrewed at its back include RLC-410-5MP, RLC-422-5MP, RLC-420-5MP, RLC-511-5MP, RLC-410W, RLC-511W-5MP and RLC-422W-5MP):
The cameras whose SD card slot is on the surface of the camera include Argus, Argus 2, Argus Pro, Argus Eco and Argus PT:
The SD card slot of Go is inside of the camera:
Step 2: Please use a paperclip or your fingernail to push the SD to make it pop out.
