What is dual-tracking?
Dual-tracking refers to the two ways that a Trackmix camera simultaneously uses to auto track an object in both the wide-angle and zoomed views.
In the panoramic view, which is captured by the camera's wide-angle lens, the camera pans and tilts to keep the detected objects within its field of view; In the zoomed view, which is produced by the two lenses cooperatively, the camera zooms in to the targeted object (which is within the camera's field) to closely follow its movement. It's notable that the Trackmix camera uses advanced technology to restore details and definition to the zoomed-in image, enhancing the image quality.
This can help you track the situation and details at the same time, without manually making the camera pan, tilt or zoom in. -
What does the PIR sensor work for?
PIR sensors are more sensitive to the infrared radiations from humans or animals, and thus can dramatically reduce false alarms caused by fluttering moths or flying twigs.
Its full name is passive infrared sensor. It measures the infrared (IR) light radiating from objects with a temperature above absolute zero. When the amount of infrared radiation changes, it triggers detection. -
What are the advantages of the dual-lens camera?
This dual-lens camera is equipped with two lenses that capture views in 4K UHD from a 180° ultra-wide angle. You don’t need two or more single-lens cameras to monitor a large area. Instead, with only one dual-lens camera you can save installation time and enjoy much broader images with lower distortion. Images from the dual-lens are seamlessly merged into one frame both in live view and playback.
