Fail to add Reolink WiFi cameras to Reolink PoE NVR
If you fail to add this camera to the Reolink PoE NVR, below are some possible causes and related solutions.
Cause 1. As for the status like "Invalid Password", it means that the camera needs to be typed in the password
Solution: Type in the password of the camera by scrolling to the right side of the screen.
Cause 2. As for the status like "Offline", there may be two same IP addresses of the cameras.
Solution: Reboot the NVR and the cameras to see if the IP addresses can be changed.

No sound on the Reolink Client side when using the two-way audio
When using 2-way audio, if you can only hear the sound from the camera side, but there is no sound coming from the pc sound, please check the following causes.
Cause 1. Have not enabled the Record Audio
Solution: Go to Device Settings > Audio and Light page to turn on the Record Audio option.
Cause 2. The volume of the Client is not turned up
Solution: Turn up the volume at the bottom of the Live View page.
Cause 3. The volume of the Computer is not turned up
Solution: Make sure the volume of the computer is turned up.

Blurry Image for auto-focus lens camera
If your camera is an auto-focus lens and the live view image is blurry or out of focus, it might be caused by the below issues.
Cause 1. The focus or zoom is not adjusted properly
Solution: Please manually adjust the focus or zoom on the mobile app or client to see whether the image will focus and become clear. Please refer to How to Manually Focus via Reolink App.
Cause 2. Condensation/water gets into the camera lens
Solution: Please check whether there is any condensation/ water /fog inside the camera lens. If so, please make sure you install the camera properly and contact the Reolink support team for a warranty.
Cause 3. The camera was not installed properly
Solution: If this is a new camera and part of the image is blurry or not focused, please exchange another place to check whether it will be fine.

Reolink camera auto-focus failed
If the auto-focus of your camera is not working properly, you may follow the steps below for simple troubleshooting.
Cause 1. The camera is pointing at a light source or facing a white wall
Solution: Remount your camera to avoid pointing directly at any light source or switch the lens' angle to other objects to see whether the camera can perform auto-focus.
Cause 2. Moving objects (e.g. moving cars or human beings) are constantly caught by the camera
Solution: Switch the lens to a still object to see whether it can perform auto-focus. Then switch it back to the original angle to see whether it can perform auto-focus as well.
Cause 3. Auto-focus bug
Solution: If the camera can't focus automatically after each zoom, please try to focus manually and see if the image changes.

The camera cannot be powered on
There are several possible causes for failing to power Reolink E1 Outdoor cameras. You may follow the troubleshooting tips listed below to solve the problem.
Cause 1. Defective power supply
Solution: Please use a properly-functioning power supply (DC 12.0V⎓1A, <12W) and outlet to see if it works.
Cause 2. Defective Camera Hardware
Solution: Please reset the camera to default factory settings. Then please check whether there is a voice prompt or whether the status LED is on.

The micro SD card can not be detected
There are several possible causes for Micro SD Card Not being Detected on Reolink App. You may follow the troubleshooting tips listed below to solve the problem.
Cause 1. The micro SD card can not be recognized by Reolink cameras
Solution: Please format the micro SD card into FAT32 on your computer, and then insert the micro SD card into the camera to see if it works. Check if the micro SD card meets the requirements: How to Choose Micro SD Card for Reolink Cameras
Cause 2. The card had not been properly inserted into the camera
Solution: Take out the micro SD card and insert it again to see if it works.
Cause 3. The micro SD card is defective
Solution: Please test the micro SD card on your computer and see whether the micro SD card can be read and written. If it doesn't, please use another micro SD card to see if it works.
