How to Initially Set up Doorbell PoE via Reolink Client

If you want to initially set up your Doorbell PoE camera via Reolink Client, please scroll down for a step-by-step guide.

Step 1. Download the latest client at our official website and install it on your PC.

Step 2. Power on the video doorbell.

Connect the doorbell to a PoE Switch/Injector or Reolink PoE NVR to power it on. (The PoE Switch/Injector and Reolink PoE NVR are not included in the package)

Step 3. Launch Reolink Client. Click the “+” button and input the UID number of the doorbell. Then click the blue Add button.

Step 4. Make sure that the camera is powered on, and the network is available. Click Next.

Step 5. Create a password for the camera and name it.

Step 6. Click Finish, you will enter the How to Use Chime page. On this page, if you click Skip, you can get the installation method of the camera.

Step 7. Done! You can close the window to get the live page of the camera on your PC.
