If the freezing issue occurs when live viewing in clear mode on your Reolink Client, solve this problem by following the guides below to enable hardware decoding via Reolink Client. And disable hardware decoding if the Reolink Client turns to a black screen.

Launch Reolink Client and go to the Client Settings > General page, then click the button next to Hardware Decoding First to enable (turn it blue) or disable it.
