Applies to: All Reolink Cameras.
The default password of Reolink camera is blank (no password). For new users, you can login in with the default password, then go directly to step 2 to change your password. If you forgot your password, you may need to follow the two steps below to reset your Reolink camera password.
Step 1: Reset the Reolink Camera
You can reset Reolink cameras to the factory defaults in the following three different ways:
- By pressing the Reset button
- By using Reolink Client
- By using Reolink App

Step 2: Modify the Password of Reolink Camera
After you reset your camera successfully, you may login in to your camera with the default password, then modify the password on Reolink Client or Reolink App.

Follow the steps above, you will set your new password successfully. If it fails, please contact support.
