Reolink Security Cameras support Rich Notifications, allowing you to receive alerts with static images or GIFs directly on your phone. When the camera detects a person, vehicle, animal, or package, you can immediately see what triggered the alert and respond promptly — without even opening the Reolink App.
Currently, only the following camera models support the Rich Notification feature: Which Reolink Products Support Rich Notification.

How to Enable Rich Notification
Step 1. Open the Reolink App and Log in to your Reolink Account.
Step 2. Go back to the camera page, tap the camera Settings gear icon in the top-right corner.
Step 3. Navigate to Push Notification settings. Toggle on Push Notifications.
Step 4. Under Notification Style, select Text & Image or Text & Animated Image (GIF), and then you will be required to select a free or paid subscription depending on your selection. Take Text & Animated Image (GIF) as an example; then you will need to subscribe to a paid subscription.
After finishing the subscription, you will now receive rich push notifications with snapshot images / GIFs whenever the camera detects a person, vehicle, animal, or package.
