Meanings of Status LED
When Reolink Video Doorbell is only connected to power, the doorbell status light is white.
When the doorbell is connected to both power and the network, the doorbell status light is blue.
Please check the network connection if the doorbell status light is white.

White Solid (Short) When the video doorbell is powered and starting up, the status light will be solid white for a short time until the video doorbell starts up successfully. |

White Clockwise Spinning The doorbell button is pushed while the network is disconnected. |

Configuring Status LED via Reolink Software
There are several options for the Status LED.
Reolink App
Step 1. Login to your camera on the Reolink App and go to the Camera Settings > Light.
Step 2. Go to Button ring light and select the mode that you want.
- Auto: Status LED will light up on person detection, button press, and two-way talk.
- Stay Off: Status LED will stay off all the time.
- Auto & Always On at Night: Status LED will light up 24/7 on person detection, button press, and two-way talk, and stays solid white at night.
- Always on: Status LED will stay solid white 24/7. In cases of person detection, button press, and two-way talk, the status will change accordingly.
