A MAC address (Media Access Control address) is a unique identifier assigned to a network device. You may need to find your Reolink device's MAC address when configuring network settings, identifying the device on your router, or troubleshooting network connectivity. 

This article explains how to find the MAC address of your Reolink cameras, NVRs, and Home Hubs using different methods.

Applies to: All Reolink cameras (except for battery-powered 4G cameras) and NVRs.
Note: For TrackMix Wired LTE, it will gain an IP address only when using cable connection.

  • Via Reolink App

    Tap the gear icon > Device Info, and then you will find the MAC Address of your Reolink camera.

  • Via Reolink Client

    Launch Reolink Client and log in to your device, and then go to Settings >Network > Network Information page to find out the MAC Address.

  • Via Reolink Web Browser

    Applies to: All Reolink cameras and NVR (exclude battery-powered cameras, Reolink Lumus, Reolink E1, Reolink E1 Pro and Home Hubs).

    Step 1. Log in to your camera via Web Browser and then click the gear icon on the top right to get to the settings page.

    Step 2. Go to Network and you can find the MAC Address.

  • Via Reolink NVR (New UI)

    Applies to: RLN8-410 (hardware version NVR_NNT3NA78P / N7MB01 / N3MB01 / N2MB02 / H3MB18), RLN16-410 (hardware version NVR_NNT4NA716P / N6MB01 / H3MB18), RLN4E, RLN36, RLN12W, NVS4E, NVS8, NVS12W, NVS16, NVS36, RP-PN8, RP-PN16, RP-N64.

    Step 1. Go to the live-view page and click the Settings icon in the top left corner to enter the menu.
    Note: The menu bar may be at the top or bottom depending on your NVR version; refer to your specific NVR interface

    Step 2. Click Network > Network Status and you can find the MAC Address of your NVR.

  • Via Reolink NVR (Old UI)

    Applies to: RLN4-410, RLN8-410 (hardware version H3MB02/H3MB16), and RLN16-410 (hardware version H3MB02/H3MB06).

    Step 1. Log in to the NVR on the monitor and go to Menu.

    Step 2. Go to Network > General page, then you'll see MAC Address at the end of the General page.
