SSID is short for Service Set Identifier. It is simply the technical term for a WiFi name. People typically encounter an SSID when they are using a mobile device to connect to a wireless network.

Your WiFi name (SSID) is located on a label that's either on the bottom or on the side of your modem. Please refer to the picture below:
To connect Reolink cameras to your Wi-Fi network successfully, you need to make sure your Wi-Fi SSID and password meet the requirements below:
- Wi-Fi SSID: No more than 31 digits
- Wi-Fi Password: 8-63 digits
