Generally speaking, all Reolink battery-powered rechargeable cameras are compatible with Reolink Solar Panels, as long as the charging ports are the same. While power requirements may vary slightly by camera model, you can generally choose from most Reolink solar panels freely. To ensure optimal charging efficiency, some higher-power cameras may require a solar panel with higher output. Below is a list of recommended solar panels for each camera, based on the camera's power consumption.

Note: 

  • If the charging port on your camera does not match the solar panel’s port, connect them using a USB-to-Type-C cable. 
  • Refer to Getting Started with Reolink Solar Panel to know more about the cable length of all solar panels.
  • Reolink PoE and DC-powered cameras are not compatible with solar panels.
  • If you want to improve charging efficiency, you can choose a higher-wattage solar panel than the recommended one. A more powerful solar panel can provide increased energy output, helping the camera charge more efficiently, especially in environments with limited sunlight.
