This article will show you how to set up the DHCP/Static IP and other network settings on the Network General page.

Applies to: All Reolink devices except battery-powered ones.

Note:

1. There are two options under Network Access, one is Static and the other is DHCP. If you choose DHCP mode, the Router/NVR will automatically assign an IP address for the camera. If you choose Static mode, you need to set an IP address of the same network segment by yourself.

2. The Network Access is set as DHCP by default, and you can change it to Static if you want to assign a static IP address for your Reolink device.

  • Via Reolink App

Step 1. Log in to your device via the Reolink App, then go to Device Settings > Device Info > Network Information page. For Reolink products, the default connection type is DHCP. The IP address is assigned automatically, which could not be changed manually.
