Step-by-Step to Reset the Reolink TrackFlex Floodlight Series Camera

Step 1. Open the black cover at the top of the camera when it is powered on.

Step 2. Press down the reset button in the reset hole with the reset needle or a paperclip and hold for over 5 seconds, until you hear a short ringtone from the camera. Then release the reset button.

Step 3. Put the cover back on.

After resetting your Reolink TrackFlex Floodlight series, the device will return to its factory default settings and needs to be set up again in the Reolink App. Make sure the camera is powered on and follow the in-app setup instructions to complete the configuration.
