A stable and compatible Wi-Fi network is essential for Reolink Wi-Fi cameras to function properly. Here is a table to show the Wi-Fi network requirements for all Reolink Wi-Fi cameras.

Wireless encryption varies by camera model. To verify the supported wireless encryption for your device, refer to the Wi-Fi section under Specifications on the corresponding product page on the Reolink website, such as RLC-810WA Specifications.

Requirement for SSID/PSD

SSID: No more than 31 digits

Password: 8-63 digits
(They may contain numbers, letters, special characters, and spaces.)

Router Configuration Requirements

Disable AP Isolation / Client Isolation

Disable MAC Address Filtering / Allowlist Function

Supported Equipment

Home wireless routers, Mobile hotspots without webpage sign-in, Wi-Fi extenders, and 4G/5G routers with standard Wi-Fi networks

If your router is configured according to the requirements above, you should be able to connect the camera to the router successfully.
