Sometimes the warehouse would split the order into several shipments.
However, our system might only send one tracking number for the first shipment. If you only receive part of your order, please don’t worry and wait for another 2-3 days for the rest shipments.
If you still don’t receive the rest of your order for more than 3 days, please contact Support ASAP, for more details.
Contact support with a brief title and the order number, here is the example: "Missing Items for Order#"
With an order number, it'll help our support team to check your order details faster.
Please keep packaging materials; they must be retained and provided to Reolink for investigation.
You may be required to provide:
1. A clear photo showing the full outer package.
2. A close-up photo of the shipping label with the tracking number visible.
3. A close-up photo of the SKU number on the plastic bag for all received products.
4. A close-up photo of the SN code on the packaging or product body for all received items.
