The methods for finding system information vary across different platforms. Locate your corresponding platform, click the section, and follow the instructions to easily find the system information for your devices.
Via Reolink App

Reolink Standalone Camera
Log in to your camera on the Reolink App on your cellphone. Tap the
icon > Device Info, and then you will find the System Information of your Reolink camera.

Reolink NVR and Integrated Camera
1. System information for Reolink NVR
Log in to your NVR on the Reolink App on your cellphone. Tap NVR >
icon > Device Info, and then you will find the System Information of your Reolink NVR.
2. System Information for cameras added to Reolink NVR
Log in to your NVR and camera on the Reolink App on your cellphone. Tap the
icon next to the camera > Device Info, and then you will find the System Information of your Reolink camera.

Reolink Home Hub and Integrated Camera
1. System information for Reolink Home Hub
Tap Home Hub >
icon > Device Info, and then you will find the System Information of your Reolink Home Hub.
2. System Information for cameras added to Reolink Home Hub
Tap the
icon next to the camera > Device Info, and then you will find the System Information of your Reolink camera.

Reolink Standalone Camera
Method 1. Checking System Information Under Settings
Launch Reolink Client and log in to the camera, click Camera Settings and click Info, and you will see the Model, UID, Hardware No, and Firmware Version for your camera.
Method 2. Checking System Information by Right Click
Right-click the device, and click Get Info. You will see the Model, UID, Hardware No, and Firmware Version for your device.

Reolink NVR
Method 1. Checking System Information Under Settings
Launch Reolink Client and log in to the NVR, then click

icon> System > Info. You will see the Model, UID, Hardware No, and Firmware Version for NVRs.
Method 2. Checking System Information by Right Click
Right-click the device, and click Get Info. You will see the Model, UID, Hardware No, and Firmware Version for your device.
Note: The Reolink Client currently does not support viewing system information for cameras connected to the NVR. To check these details, you could check it via Reolink App or connect the NVR to a monitor via HDMI/ VGA cable and refer to Via Monitor (Only for Reolink NVR Users with New UI).

Reolink Home Hub and Integrated Camera
Method 1. Checking System Information Under Settings
For Reolink Home Hub, click to Home Hub's Settings, click Customize > Device > Info, and then you will find the System Information of your Reolink Home Hub.
For cameras added to Reolink Home Hub, click
icon to expand the cameras. Then click the
icon next to the camera > Device > Info, and then you will find the System Information of your Reolink camera.
Method 2. Checking System Information by Right Click
Right-click the device, and click Get Info. You will see the Model, UID, Hardware No, and Firmware Version for your device.
Via Reolink Web browser

Reolink Standalone Camera
Applies to: All Reolink cameras except battery-powered cameras, Reolink E1, Reolink E1 Pro, and Reolink Lumus, and the add-on cameras in the NVR Kit. For details of the models that can be accessed via web browsers, refer to Which Reolink Devices Can Be Accessed via Web Browsers.
Step 1. Log in to your camera via a web browser.
Step 2. Click the gear icon at the top right to get to the device settings page, then click Device> Info to check the model, UID, hardware, firmware No., etc on the page.

Reolink NVR
Step 1. Log in to your NVR via Web Browser.
Step 2. Click the gear icon at the top right to get to the device settings page, then click System > Info to check the hardware and firmware version of your NVR.
Note: If you want to access a camera directly connected to the NVR through a Web Browser, use the NVR's IP address, not the camera's IP address. The camera's IP address assigned by the NVR is for communication within the NVR system.
The IP addresses of the Home Hub and connected cameras cannot be checked via the monitor or Web Browser, as these interfaces do not provide a corresponding Settings option.
Via Monitor (Only for Reolink NVR Users with New UI)
You may refer to the following steps to check the hardware and firmware version for NVR and the cameras connected to the Reolink NVRs.

Reolink NVR
Step 1. Click on the Settings icon on the NVR monitor screen.
Step 2. Click the Home icon, and the system information of the NVR is on the right.
Or click System at the bottom of the Settings menu.

Reolink Cameras
Method 1.
Step 1. Click on the Settings icon on the NVR monitor screen to go to the Settings page.
Step 2. On the Camera page, select the camera channel to view basic information about the camera. For more details, click More Info in blue.
Step 3. Now you can find out the hardware version (Hw No.) and firmware version (FW Version) of your camera.
Method 2.
Step 1. Go to Settings > Channel. Under Channel Management, move your mouse to the camera that you want to check, and click Info.
Step 2. Then, you will find the Camera Details.
Via Monitor (Only for Reolink NVR Users with Old UI)
Applies to: RLN4-410, RLN8-410 (hardware version H3MB02/H3MB16), and RLN16-410 (hardware version H3MB02/H3MB06).
Note: If the UI is different from the following, that will be the new UI on the monitor, you can refer to Via Reolink NVR (new UI).

Reolink NVR
Step 1. Log in to the Reolink PoE NVR on a monitor, then click on the
button to enter the menu page of the NVR.
Step 2. Click on the System > System Information button, and then you can find the Model, Hw No., and Fw Version on this page.

Reolink Cameras
Step 1. Go to Menu > IP channel, select and click the camera you want, and click Detail.
Step 2. Then you can find the model, Hw No., and Fw Version on this page.
