Reset Reolink Home Hub
Applies to: Reolink Home Hub Pro, Hub P1 and Reolink Home Hub, Hub 1
Step 1. Power on Your Home Hub/Home Hub Pro
- Plug in the power adapter to turn on your home hub/Home Hub Pro.

Locate the reset hole, which is below the Power Input.
Step 2. Press the reset button
- Use a reset pin or a straightened paperclip to press and hold the reset button.
- Continue holding the reset button until you hear a short ringtone.
- Release the reset button after the ringtone.
Note: The steps above will reset all settings (except network settings) to their default values. If you want to completely clear all settings, including the network configuration, please perform a hard reset before powering up the Hub.
Step 3. Set up the Home Hub/Home Hub Pro
- The reset process is now complete.
- Add the Home Hub to the Reolink App or Client via UID and follow the on-screen instructions to set it up, referring to How to Initially Setup Reolink Home Hub Series via Reolink Software.
Reset Reolink Home Hub Mini
Applies to: Reolink Home Hub Mini
Step 1. Power off your Home Hub Mini
Unplug the power adapter from the Home Hub Mini and ensure the device is completely powered off before proceeding.
Step 2. Press and hold the device button
Locate the device button on the Home Hub Mini. Press and hold it firmly, and do not release it during the next step.
Step 3. Power on your Home Hub Mini again
While continuing to hold the button, plug the power adapter back in to power on the Home Hub. Keep holding the button until you hear the reset prompt, then release it.
Step 4. Set up the Home Hub Mini
The reset process is now complete. Add the Home Hub to the Reolink App or Client via UID and follow the on-screen instructions to set it up, referring to How to Initially Setup Reolink Home Hub Series via Reolink Software.
