If you need to playback or download the recording clips captured by your TrackMix camera, you must first install a micro SD card in your camera.
Applies to: Reolink TrackMix (Battery), Trackmix Series B770, Reolink TrackMix LTE, Reolink TrackMix Wired LTE, Reolink TrackMix LTE Plus, Reolink TrackMix LTE Plus 2, Reolink TrackMix PoE, and Reolink TrackMix WiFi, RLC-830A, P830
Follow the steps below to install a micro SD card into your camera:
Step 1. Unscrew the cover on the SD card slot with a screwdriver.
Step 2. Insert the SD card into the SD card slot with a paperclip or your fingernail. Making sure it doesn't pop out.
Step 3. Screw the cover back firmly. Here is a picture that shows you where the SD card slot is:
