Meanings of Status LED

When Reolink Video Doorbell is only connected to power, the doorbell status light is white.

When the doorbell is connected to both power and the network, the doorbell status light is blue.

Please check the network connection if the doorbell status light is white.

Configuring Status LED via Reolink Software

There are several options for the Status LED. 

Reolink App

Step 1. Login to your camera on the Reolink App and go to the Camera Settings > Light.

Step 2. Go to Button Ring light and select the mode that you want. And customize the Ring Light Color if your camera supports this feature.

Note: Available settings may vary by camera model. Please refer to the options displayed in your camera's software.

  • Close: Button ring light will keep off on smart detection, button press, and two-way talk.
  • Auto: Button ring light will light up on smart detection, button press, and two-way talk.
  • Auto & Always On at Night: Button ring light will light up 24/7 on smart detection, button press, and two-way talk, and stays on at night.
  • Always on: Button ring light will stay on 24/7. In cases of smart detection, button press, and two-way talk, the status will change accordingly.
  • Ring Light Color: Customize the Button Ring Light by selecting either Solid or Gradient, and choose your preferred color.
